Butter Biscuit

Ingredients: Wheat flour - 1 Cup Unsalted butter - 1/2 Cup(100 gms) Powdered sugar - 1/2 Cup(50 gms) Salt - A pinch

Method of Preparation:

In a mixing bowl add powdered sugar, meltted unsalted butter, a pinch of salt.

Beat sugar, butter, salt well by using wire whisk or hand mixer

If a hand mixer is uder beat in a medium speed for about 2 minutes

Next add the main ingredients wheat flour/atta flour

Mix and combine the ingredients with hands.

If needed add 1 to 2 tbsp of room temperature milk

Need not kneed, we just need to combine everything and form the dough

With the help of rolling pin flatten the dough slightly thick

You can use cookie cutter or similar objects, cut into desired shapes

Pre heat the pressure cooker for 10 minutes in low flame

Place the cut bicuits in a plate/ cake tin and place it in a preheated cooker

Cook it in low medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes

If backing in oven place the biscuits on a tray lined with backing paper and bake it in a pre- heated oven at 160 degree Celsius for 15 to 20 minutes

Take out when the slides turns slightly brown.

Allow to cool and store in a airtight container.
