Mutton- 1 Kg
Basmati rice – 1 Kg
Curd- 1 Cup (250 Gms)
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tbsp
Ghee- 2 Tbsp
Gingerly Oil – 3 Tsp
Coriander Powder – 2 Tbsp
Chilli Powder – 2 Tbsp
Garam Masala – 2 Tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 Tsp
Turmeric Powder – ½ Tsp
Whole Spices
Onion –8 (Medium size)
Tomato -4
Green Chilli- 3
Salt – 2 to 3 Tbsp
Water – 8 Cups
Coriander Leaves – ½ Cup
Mint leaves – ½ Cup
Lemon Juice – 2 Tbsp
