Ingredients for Chicken Biriyani:
Chicken - 1 Kg
Seeraga samba rice - 3/4 Kg
Coriander Powder - 2Tbsp
Chilli powder - 2 Tsp
Green chilli - 2 no's
Onion - 3 big
Tomato 3 small size
Ginger garlic paste - 1 Tsp
Turmaric powder - 1/2 Tsp
Pepper powder - 1 Tsp
Cumin powder - 1Tsp
Garam masala - 1Tsp
Ghee - 3 Tbsp
Oil - 3 Tbsp
Curd - 2 Cup
Fennel seeds - 1Tsp
Stone flower - 1/2 Tsp
Clove, Bay Leaf, Cardamone - Each 3
Cinnamon- 2 sticks
Star Anise - 1
Lemon - 1
Salt - required
Water - 4 and half Cup
Corrionder Leaf and Mint leaf - 1/2 Cup
Ingredients used for preparing Chilli Chicken Ingredients:
Chicken – ½ Kg
Red Chilli Powder and Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 1 Tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 & ½ Tsp
Corn Flour – 3 Tbsp
Rice Flour – 2 Tsp
Egg small Size – 1
Lemon Juice – 2 Tsp
Pepper Powder – ½ Tsp
Salt- Required
Oil- For frying
First marinate the chicken with Red chilli powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, pepper powder, turmeric powder and lemon juice for minimum one hour. After that add corn flour, rice flour, egg and oil and mix well. Heat oil in kadai put the marinated chicken pieces .First keep the flame in high and afterwards keep in low flame.Fry the chilli chicken in batch wise. Our Crispy Tasty Chilli Chicken Fry is ready.
