Vegetable Pulao

Basmati Rice – 2 Cup Chopped Carrot – ¼ Cup Chopped Beans – ¼ Cup Sliced Onion -1 Ginger Garlic paste – 2tsp Green Peas – ¼ Cup Fennel seeds – 1 tsp Green Chili – 3 slitted Mint leaves – Required Coriander Leaves – Required Oil – 2 Tsp Ghee – ½ Tsp Lemon Juice - 1 Tbsp Cashew & Dry Grapes – Optional Salt - Required
