Caramel Banana Pudding

I am back with an interesting desert recipe Banana Pudding in the South Indian Cooking Recipes(My YouTube channel to click Here) . This classic banana pudding is an easy to make, delicious no oven recipe. This recipe can be prepared with the help of leftover banana in the home. Banana pudding is a dessert generally consisting of banana, egg , milk and sugar.

Ingredients:
Banana - Large 2 No
Egg- 2 No
Milk - 2Cup
Sugar- ¾ Cup.
Prepare the easy banana pudding and share happiness .
Procedure:
First prepare the caramel syrup - Take a pan add half cup sugar keep the flame in the medium. Let start melting after that stir occasionally. Turn of the flame when it become golden Brown in colour. Immediately transfer to a tin and spread evenly.
For Batter preparation - Chopped the peeled banana in a mixer jar. Whit that add two eggs and 1/4 cup sugar. With this add gradually two cup of milk and grind well. Sieve and add the batter above the Carmel layer in the tin. Remove the foam.
For Cooking - Close the tin with aluminium foil of lid and steam for 25 to 30 minutes. To check weather it is done, insert a tooth pick or skewer come out clean. Take the tin out allow it cool and refrigerate for two hours. Take it out release the sides with knife. Place the a plate reverse on top of the tin. Flip the tin and tap twice and remove gently the tin.
Here come the yummy and simple Caramel Banana Pudding.
